I narrowed my choices down to two, one which was T1Detailing. When I called both entities, the customer service from James exceeded by far! He took time with me to explain in great detail the process, the costs, the warranty, his experience, Jimmy's experience and was very patient with me. When I called the other shop, the gentleman who answered said, "All the details and pricing are on the website" As a woman who expects great customer service for a job I am paying for, I went with James at T1Detailing. When I traveled to his site, the road was closed and I called him to inform him I may be late, he then stayed on the phone with me, giving me directions on how to detour around the closed road, such a nice guy!
